Skyway & Subway Coffee in Rochester
Downtown Rochester has two indoor walkways: a pedestrian subway beneath the Mayo Clinic campus and the hotels around it, and a skyway one level up linking Mayo buildings with the Galleria, the DoubleTree and other buildings along Broadway. These are the coffee shops you can reach without stepping outside, which helps on a January morning or between appointments.

- Earliest on weekdays: Caribou (Kahler Inn) at 5 AM, Caribou (Downtown Subway) at 5:30, Bravo Espresso at 6.
- Weekends: Caribou (Downtown Subway) and Café Steam (Skyway) are closed Saturday and Sunday. Caribou (Kahler Inn) is open 6 AM–6 PM both days, and Chocolaterie Stam opens Sunday at noon.
- Latest: Chocolaterie Stam, until 7 PM on weekdays and 8:30 PM on Saturday.
- Two in one stop: Bravo Espresso and Chocolaterie Stam are both on the skyway level of the Galleria at University Square.
