Novios Café is an independent, locally owned café at 120 Elton Hills Drive NW that opened in March 2024 in the former Dunn Bros space. It roasts its coffee in-house and serves espresso drinks and specialty beverages alongside a full breakfast and lunch menu. It also aims to be an evening gathering spot. Try the London Fog tea latte if you’re not in the mood for coffee.
